HE WHO RESTRAINS. . .

He who restrains will restrain no longer in the way He has since the beginning of time. Watch. See. Be alert. No longer will the criminal think of consequences, nor the murderer of being caught, nor will the corporate executive ripping off the consumer feel any pangs of remorse. Crime will increase in areas it has never appeared before. Towns with one murder each decade will see several. Gangs will continue to multiply and grow and soon begin to infiltrate law enforcement and political ranks with their payoffs to a degree never before seen. Not only will these visible manifestations of an increase in lawlessness appear, but as the One who restrains begins to influence the general world less and less the mind set of those on the planet will continue to stray from thoughts of God.

In other words, not only will actions be restrained less, so will the inner consciousness God has placed within each human soul — to seek and to search and to find their Creator and a reason for being. The times they are a changin’.

The following word was received within a few days after the 7 July 2005 London bombings, a series of coordinated bomb blasts that hit London’s tube and bus network during the morning rush hour.

BOMBS and DETONATORS

“Let’s talk about bombs and detonators. Bombs are the main prize, as it were, regardless if they’re for evil or good. Evil belongs to the terrorists, led by Satan. Good belongs to the saints, led by the Spirit. In both cases the bombs will not explode without proper detonation from another source. With mechanical bombs the process is clear and need not be explained.

Today it is the prayers of the saints, intensified since 7th July, that saved so many from death and injury. This is because the bomb I have given my children, the spiritual bomb of My Word and My Spirit and the right to access Me in prayer has truly exploded ― silencing the bomb of the enemy.

Now ― what is the believer’s detonator, since all have accepted My Person and work? Why do those filled with My “bomb,” knowledge of the Word and sealed by the Spirit, often become useless in spiritual warfare? It is because I am eager to supply the bomb, but each believer must provide the detonation. This consists of a willingness to act in My Name, to speak in My Name, to lay hands on the sick in My Name, to proclaim the Word to a shopkeeper or a crowd at Hyde Park.

There are as many holy detonators on earth as there are people who truly know Me. May they all go off ― leading to an explosion worldwide of the knowledge of Me in every place, so all men everywhere will smell My sweet aroma, and pass from life to life, rather than from death to death.”

MARTIAL LAW IN SO. CALIF.

In the 1980’s a friend was driving me back to my office on Santa Monica Blvd. in West L.A. The entire area was commercial, including the street we were on, as we approached the main boulevard. We were chatting about nothing in particular when I looked to my right and, a few shops down from S.M. Blvd., I saw a dry cleaning store. Suddenly, with my eyes wide open, I saw several troops, heavily armed, moving in and out of the shop, which was now a make-shift armory.

I looked straight ahead and on the main boulevard several tanks and armored personnel carriers were moving very slowly, accompanied by more armed soldiers. I knew in my spirit that the entire greater Los Angeles area was under martial law ― and perhaps beyond this. When I mentioned this vision to a friend, she relayed a vision she had had of troops running along the hills of Ventura County (next to Los Angeles County).

When I ponder this vision today I believe martial law may be enjoined for any one of a number of reasons, including a giant natural disaster (massive quake), crippling terrorist activity or even a dictate of the federal government stating martial law is necessary for our “national security.”

IMMINENT ATTACK

NOTE: In the autumn of 2008 a word went out that America is facing an imminent attack, with a plea we pray against this. Following is the word I received in response:

What will it take to wake up the people? What must I allow in order to reach the people with hope through the ashes and joy through the tears? What is the ultimate “wake up” call for a nation founded on Biblical principals, the guiding of the Spirit and love of God, that now mocks, torments and persecutes those who know Me through the mass media, in circles of education and on the street corner.

Are you really fearing an imminent attack? Do you fear for your lives or the lives of others? And what will the result of such an attack be? After 9/11 flags were waving from car antennas and churches of all denominations were full. Fear and faith were both motivators for millions turning to Me. Then, as the days passed by, they forgot. Just as Biblical Israel would turn to Me and I would send a deliverer, or intercede with warring angels, I watched in deep sadness as they forgot their first love. So goes America. So goes the world.

If birth pangs are going to be hitting this planet in closer and closer time tables, then it’s time to focus on your top priority: bring the masses to Me. Teach them. Disciple them. When intercessors receive word of an imminent disaster they already groan and mourn in their spirits over the future dead and injured. The orphans. The homeless. The lost. I’m telling you these attacks will become ordinary ― both by man and by the upheaval in the physical realms (earthquakes, tsunamis, etc.).

Intercede, yes! But pray you’ll be at the right place at the right time, for although you will not stop these catastrophes by your prayers, you can certainly be used to great, eternal advantage as I wake up the lost and direct them to your light.

Isn’t that what you are? Lights on a hill? Stop hiding in your closets out of fear or self-appointed piety. Get out! Move out! Lay hands on the sick! Raise the dead! Heal the blind! Restore hearing to the deaf! Watch the limbs grow, the cancer fall away, whole bodies become rejuvenated! THIS is the age of miracles! Stay close to Me, cling to My Word and allow My Spirit to guide, teach and lead you. These are great days! Days of reaping and harvest! Days which will spread My glory!

RUSSIAN et al AT RAPTURE

I saw a parchment map of Russia, with Moscow in the northeast quadrant, with the map heading south to the land north of the Black Sea. A sickle-like wall of fire, (slightly curved with the bulge on the east), with flames leaping off the map into the sky, kept trying to move west toward Moscow. This towering, flaming partition was extensive, running almost the whole north-south length of the map. Once in a while a spot fire would break out here or there, but nothing really extensive. I knew the fire was the glory of God bringing revival and salvation to the people, but it struggled again and again to move west.

Suddenly, with a very loud swoosh, this fiery mass moved with lightening speed and consumed not only Moscow, but Eastern Europe as well. It instantly engulfed the area in great light and, just as quickly, disappeared, leaving nothing but black ashes where the parchment had been. I knew the Rapture had just taken place, and for a split second only the blackness of despair remained.

Then, joyfully, a flame appeared on the map amidst the black ashes. Then another, and another, and another. I knew these were now the first of the Tribulation saints, those who had rejected the Lord but ― at seeing believing friends and neighbors disappear ― now accepted Him.

IRAN ― WHEN THE OIL STOPS!

I saw a map of Iran with parts of surrounding countries, including, on its southern border, the Persian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz and the Gulf of Oman. The entire northern border became a bright red line of blood, then oozed southward as it maintained a horizontal yet ragged, drippy front. The entire country was eventually filled with blood. As the blood hit the southernmost border and touched the ocean I heard a clear voice say “The oil has stopped.”

At this I knew that not only Iranian oil had stopped being exported, but all oil usually shipped through the Strait of Hormuz (about 40% of the world’s supply) and, inexplicably, oil from other countries (e.g. Venezuela, Mexico, Russia) had stopped being shipped. At this point the voice returned and said: “Just as the oil suddenly stopped, so will the Spirit of God, often represented by oil in the Word, sweep across the face of the earth and reach those who are seeking Me.”

OCTOBER 1 ― “A war unlike any other war!”

October 1^st, (no year was given), a war unlike any other war. (I saw U.S. and Russian war ships in the Mediterranean, facing Israel, watching, but neither one participating). And the northern regions will be devastated, scorched as a burning sun fries the grass and turns the sand almost molten. (I saw a map of Israel, with the northern third totally black, and the rest of Israel severely scarred). These northern regions will take a great many lives, and overall the nation (of Israel) will lose 10% of its people.

The West bank and surrounding Arab nations will be ravaged, ripped apart, blown from the face of the earth, as the war quickly consumes all around, even as gasoline flows to every crevice and is then lit, so will the battle be taken to every corner. The world will be in shock. The government leaders will stand mute, at a loss for words. The U.N. will do nothing and say nothing.

Israel will survive, with those who spring up alive from the northern ashes being delivered by a Moshiach heretofore unknown to them, but who is now their very Life. This vanguard will tell of miracle after miracle of physical and spiritual salvation, forming a loud group until the end of the age when all believers are called up to go home.

This war is not the end. This war is not in Ezekiel or other books. Yet this war will catapult history toward the coming of the King so rapidly that mere tsunamis, earthquakes or hurricanes will barely be worth mentioning. And the word for today? Seek the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul and all your might, that instead of running in fear you may boldly step out in His name and declare He is Lord. Amen and amen.
